We are in need of an experienced CEI Project Administrator. The candidate should possess the following qualifications/capabilities:

• Civil Engineering degree
• 6 years of engineering experience or non-degreed personnel with 12 years of responsible and related engineering experience, eight (8) of which involve construction of major road and 4 years in bridge construction.
• Working knowledge of Scheduling & Estimating Management.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong supervisory and management skills for effective personnel interaction with inspectors.
• Basic Computer Skills
• CTQP Certifications

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Writing and issuing field orders
2. Initiating change proposals for design team review and approval
3. Estimating cost of changes
4. Negotiating costs with contractor and recommending acceptance to Project Manager
5. Oversee & Coordinate field staff activities.
6. Prepare monthly pay requests.
7. Prepare reports for the following activities:
- Construction Engineering Inspection for both roadways and bridges.
- Contract administration, materials sampling testing, project documentation, utility coordination, Primavera project planning, Joint Project Agreements, public information, safety reviews, quality assurance and maintenance of traffic.
