We are in need of a Department Manager/Senior Project Engineer for our Construction Engineering Inspection Department (CEI) for highway construction projects in South Florida.
The candidate must have 10+ years of experience working on CEI projects for major transportation projects and must have attained a management level in running these projects.
• Must be intimately familiar with FDOT’s Construction Project Administration Manual (CPAM), highway specifications, roadway standards and practices. Other similar State DOT experience accepted.
• Ability to develop client relationships, successfully procure new work for the company, manage the department and its personnel, work with the company to identify and achieve goals for the continued growth of the department and contribute to the overall growth and development of the company.
• A Florida P.E. (or ability to secure through reciprocity) is required.
