EAC provided the roadway design for the construction of a new five lane, double-leaf Bascule Bridge to replace the existing five lane structure, with 1’-6” wide shoulders and a 6’-6” and 10’-6” wide sidewalks. Scope of services include: roadway, drainage, structures, intersections, miscellaneous design surveys, maintenance of traffic, utility adjustments, signing and pavement markings, traffic signalization, and roadway lighting.
