"EAC is proud to be a part of a team of consultants assisting Miami Dade County in implementing one of the most significant programs that will benefit all citizens within its community – The People’s Transportation Plan (PTP). The PTP Plan calls for $476 million in highway, road and neighborhood improvements, $7 billion in rail and $90 million in bus services. The scope elements of the Program Management Services include:
Short/Long-Range Transit and Transportation Planning;Facilities and Systems Engineering Planning; Project Programming;Traffic Congestion Studies;Oversight of Alternatives Analysis (AA) Studies;Oversight of National Environmental Protections Act Process; Design Oversight;Oversight of Engineering and Inspection Consultants;Quality Assurance; Design Criteria and Standards; Safety and Security Certification; Construction Safety; Preparation of System Start-up Plan; Value Engineering; Project Control; Contract Administration; Estimating; Right of Way Acquisition and Relocation Activities; Utility Relocations; Diverse Technical and Engineering Services; Bus Route Planning; Operational and Maintenance Planning; Project Management Plans; Configuration Management and Document Control; Claims Administration; Preparation of New Starts Report and Ancillary Support Services.

EAC will perform the construction management services, civil and structural engineering services required for the project."
