EAC is a General Engineering Consultant to MDX. EAC oversees MDX’s construction program and provides the services required to develop and implement the work program which includes projects funded by bonds as well as those from operating revenues. EAC is actively working with MDX to move them into a new era of Open Road Tolling (ORT).
