The services required the preparation of drainage design and plans, for the replacement of the existing 66" pipe culvert underneath N. Royal Poinciana Blvd. that connects the FEC canal to the Miami River. This project was required to alleviate the existing hydraulic conditions experienced on the FEC Borrow Ditch Canal
