EAC performs program management services as an extension of client staff by providing the most qualified resources for each required position. We have grown to become one of the leading Program Management Consultants, and as a result have broadened our experience and resources to successfully manage various aspects of our clients’ work programs.

In addition to currently providing program management services to clients such as Miami-Dade Transit, Broward County Aviation Department, and South Florida Water Management District, EAC is also the current General Engineering Consultant to Miami-Dade Expressway Authority and is responsible for overseeing the construction of their work program.
