PROJECT MANAGER/SR. PROJECT MANAGER

EAC Consulting, Inc. (EAC) is in need of a Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager for a senior leadership role in Miami-Dade County. Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.

KNOWLEDGE, SKIILS AND ABILITIES:

Design of infrastructure projects within airports and aviation facilities. Work experience includes undertaking miscellaneous tasks for airside and landside facilities for projects involving pavements, terminal buildings, operations systems, utilities, stormwater and construction oversight /administration.
Ability to serve as a technical specialist for various assignments and tasks.
Familiarity with Advisory Circulars, FAA and ICAO requirements, procedures and publications.
Preference given to candidates with experience at large hub facilities.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the project development process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Management skills required to lead and direct project teams and manage large project budgets and schedules
Skilled at maintaining client relationships and developing business for the company
Ability to be Engineer of Record where needed.
Ability to demonstrate creativity, foresight and mature engineering judgement in anticipating and solving unpredictable engineering problems.

EXPERIENCE:

10-15 years of relevant experience.

EDUCATION/LICENSES:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE), Florida preferred.

SALARY:

Project Manager $+ depending on experience.
Senior Project Manager $+ depending on experience
