Mr. Desdunes has over 34 years of civil engineering andmanagement experience in the transportationinfrastructure industry. He is an accomplishedtransportation executive with diverse experience in theareas of program management, transportation planning,public involvement, public transportation, projectdevelopment, environmental management, roadway design, traffic operations, and right of way activities. While serving as the Directorof Transportation Development for FDOT District 6, Mr. Desdunes oversaw allaspects of the planning, project development, design, and contract procurement fora $4 Billion five-year work program funded with local, state, toll, and federalrevenues.
