Awarded FTA Task Order for OC Streetcar Project

The PMO Partnership JV, LLC (a joint Venture between EAC Consulting, Inc.; The Allen Group, LLC; & Brindley Pieters and Assocs., Inc) was awarded a Task Order to provide Project Management Oversight Consulting Services on behalf of the Federal Transit Administration for the Orange County Streetcar Project in Orange, California. The Orange County Transportation Authority Project is a 4.1-mile corridor that connects the existing Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center and Metrolink/Pacific Surfliner Station to Westminister Avenue and Harbor Boulevard and major OCTA bus lines. The streetcar corridor will include ten station stops, and a Maintenance/Storage Facility for the streetcar fleet of eight vehicles. The $408 million streetcar system will operate with 10- to 15-minute headways with revenue service anticipated to commence in Spring of 2022.
