City of Rivieria Beach Lift Station Condition Assessment

Client:
City of Riviera Beach
Location:
Riviera Beach, FL
Service:
Civil Engineering
Project Overview
EAC was retained by the City of Riviera Beach Utility Special District to perform a condition assessment on forty-nine ( 49) lift stations within the City’s limits. The lift stations in general are in moderate to poor condition and require either rehabilitation or replacement due to age and deterioration. The City needs to develop a Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) to address their deficiencies and therefore a condition assessment is required to assist the City in prioritizing critical investments that must be made now, as opposed to investments that can occur over time, while maintaining the functionality of the overall system. The City has sixteen (16) lift stations that were in a critical state and required immediate attention. The City requested that the project be phased to address these critical lift stations first.
