EAC was part of a team of consultants providing the program management services for MDAD Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for Miami Internation Airport (MIA) and the General Aviation Airports (GAA). Project scope incudes scope verification, programming the sequence of projects, project design development, development of master schedule, budget and cost oversight and project management of contracts and project status and oversight and support of design and construction phases.
The CIP is comprised of a series of projects that addresses MIA’s capacity and operational needs (airside, landside cargo and terminal) as well as those of the GAA.
Some of the projects include: redevelopment of Central Terminal , expansion of South Terminal, North Terminal gate optimization, two new hotels and modernization and expansion of MIA cargo facilities.
