Project Overview

EAC provided Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for the reconstruction of one and a half miles of the existing three-lane facility, including bike lanes, sidewalk, installation of 8-inch ductile iron (DIP) water main, 6-inch force main, drainage system including jacked 72-inch RCP under the CSX railroad, asphalt paving, street lighting, upgrading the signalization system, landscaping, irrigation system, signing and pavement markings.
