EAC was responsible for the development of the procurement documents, as well as management of the design, installation, and commissioning for the conversion to Open Road Tolling (ORT) of 73 lanes on SR 112 and SR 836. Project also included extensive coordination efforts with the roadway contractors and the Toll System Integrator for the infrastructure modifications needed for the new toll collection system.
